PANJIT SR5H15 and SX3H15 SiC Schottky Barrier Diodes feature a low leakage current and are ideal for automated placement. The PANJIT diodes also have low power loss, high efficiency, and a high surge current capability. The devices are AEC-Q101 qualified and lead-free in compliance with EU RoHS 2.0.
