SanRex 3-Phase Half Bridge Thyristor Modules are non-isolated, easy-to-construct devices. The thyristor modules have an average on-state current of 100A and a high surge current of 3500A (60Hz). The SanRex 3-Phase Half Bridge Thyristor Modules are ideal for power supplies and welding equipment.
