CDDFN6-3312P Surface-Mount TVS Diode Array

Bourns CDDFN6-3312P Surface-Mount TVS Diode Array provides ESD, CDE, and EFT protection in ultra-high-speed communication ports and sensitive transceiver applications. This transient voltage suppressor array comes in a DFN6 package that measures 1mm x 1.2mm x 0.45mm. It utilizes a flow-through layout to have a minimal effect on impedance, which is a critical requirement for ultra-high-speed ports such as HDMI 2.1 and USB 3.1. It has a 3.3V working peak reverse voltage and 4.5V minimum breakdown voltage. Bourns CDDFN6-3312P Surface-Mount TVS Diode Array offers ultra-low typical capacitance of 0.04pF between I/O lines. This feature allows the array to be used for protecting sensitive components used on high-speed interfaces. The CDDFN6-3312P also meets IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD protection and offers lightning protection of 3A (8/20µs) per IEC 61000-4-5.

TVS Diodes

Bourns Surface-Mount TVS Diodes are low capacitance devices that provide ESD, EFT, and surge protection for external ports of electronic devices such as cell phones, handheld electronics, and other portable electronic devices. Bourns TVS Diodes include smaller chip diodes that have the capability to provide a silicon diode with minimal packaging overhead. The chip diodes 0603, 1005, 1408, and 2010 are leadless, allowing for maximum space on PCB layouts. All Bourns diodes are RoHS compliant and meet many worldwide industry and government regulations on lead-free components. TVS package diode design kits are also available from Bourns.
