Eaton Electronics 10BJ 1000W Transient Voltage Suppressors
Eaton Electronics 10BJ 1000W Transient Voltage Suppressors are offered in a low-profile SMB package with less than 1μA typical IR above 12V and 1000W peak pulse power capability at 10/1000μs waveform. Other features include excellent clamping capability and fast response time, typically less than 1ps from 0V to VBR minimum. These UL 497B-recognized suppressors are designed for surface-mounted applications to optimize board space. The plastic package meets UL 94V-0 flammability rating and is suitable for high-temperature reflow soldering (+260°C/40s at the terminal).
