Diodes Incorporated AP7387 Low Dropout (LDO) Voltage Regulators
Diodes Incorporated AP7387 Low Dropout (LDO) Voltage Regulators are 60V wide input voltage range, low quiescent current, and high PSRR linear regulators. These regulators feature a very fast line/load transient response against the rapid input voltage and load current changes. The AP7387 regulators consist of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a current-limit circuit for current protection, Short-Circuit Protection (SCP), and Thermal Shutdown (TSD) protection. These voltage regulators are designed to drive 150mA output current and a typical 2μA quiescent current. The AP7387 regulators are available in 3V, 3.3V, 3.6V, and 5V fixed output voltage versions and in SOT23, SOT25, SOT89, and U-DFN2020-6 packages. Typical applications include battery-powered equipment, smoke detectors and sensors, Electric Vehicle (EV) and Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) battery management systems, microcontrollers, and home appliances.Features
