WSEN-TIDS Sensor Interface

Würth Elektronik WSEN-TIDS Sensor Interface is a silicon-based digital temperature sensor that provides high accuracy with up to ±0.25°C typical. The factory-calibrated sensor can be used without time-consuming re-measurements and features a 16-bit output signal that can be read out via an I2C interface with output data rates up to 200Hz. Würth Elektronik WSEN-TIDS Sensor Interface offers a 1.5V to 3.6V voltage range and draws a current of 1.75µA in a 2mm x 2mm x 0.5mm package size. The WSEN-TIDS is ideal for battery-powered applications, such as power supplies, domestic appliances, HVAC systems, and environmental monitoring.
