Engineering Kits

KEMET offers a variety of engineering kits that exhibit its lineup of ceramic, film, polymer, and tantalum capacitors, supercapacitors, inductors, EMI suppression technologies, and applications. KEMET kits are designed and assembled in order to provide active solutions to the passive component requirements in professional OEM engineering design, prototyping, university lab research, and hobby work.

EF Flex Suppressor® Kits

KEMET EF Flex Suppressor® Kits contain 120mm x 120mm sheets of 11 or 14 different EF EMI Suppressor sheets. The sheets are designed to suppress high-frequency noise generated from electronic devices. They can also be used to improve signal transmissions and receptions. The flexible sheets feature a polymer base blended with micron-sized magnetic powders dispersed into the material. The EF series is designed for resonance and wave suppression and can be cut into virtually any shape. The sample sheets in KEMET EF Flex Suppressor Kits have a thickness ranging from 0.1mm to 0.5mm and a tape thickness of 0.03mm.

EMI Suppression Kits

KEMET EMI Suppression Kits are designed to provide solutions against noise or electromagnetic interference (EMI) issues in professional OEM engineering design, prototyping, university lab research, and by hobbyist users. KEMET EMI Suppression Kits contain multiple pieces each and a KEMET catalog that outlines drawings, dimensions, ordering information, and impedance versus frequency graphs.
