MEC1322 Embedded Microcontroller

Microchip MEC1322 Embedded Microcontroller includes a high-performance 32b ARM® Cortex®-M4 microcontroller with 128Kb SRAM and 32Kb BootROM. This microcontroller communicates with the system host using the Intel® Low Pin Count (LPC) bus. The MEC1322 features two Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) memory interfaces that allow reading codes from external SPI flash memory. Other features include 64B Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor (CMOS), 18x8 keyboard scan matrix, five analog-digital converter boards, and four LEDs. The operating temperature of this microcontroller ranges from 0°C to 70°C and offers 48MHz of maximum operating frequency. This keyboard and embedded controller is available in a 132 DQFN package and is ideal for use in Notebook PC.
