TSZ182 & TSZ181 5V Operational Amplifiers

STMicroelectronics TSZ181 and TSZ182 5V Operational Amplifiers are single and dual op-amps with low offset voltages and virtually zero drift versus temperature changes. The TSZ181 and TSZ182 offer rail-to-rail input and output, excellent speed/power consumption ratio, and 3MHz gain bandwidth product. The devices consume just 1mA at 5V with an ultralow input bias current.
