SiTime Automotive and Ruggedized Oscillator Families are designed for harsh-environment and high-reliability timing. These devices address timing requirements with the SiT8924 AEC-Q100 oscillator, the SiT8918 high-temperature oscillator, the Endura™ SiT8944 ruggedized oscillator, and the Endura™ SiT5346 ruggedized Super-TCXOs. The SiT8924 and SiT8918 target automotive and high-temperature environments, while the SiT8944 and SiT5346 undergo 100% Endura™ process screening for aerospace, defense, and high-reliability systems. All four devices support factory programmability across frequency, supply voltage, and stability grade. These devices are available in five industry-standard packages and function as drop-in replacements for quartz oscillators, requiring no board redesign.
