DURIS® S 5 Horticulture LEDs
ams OSRAM DURIS® S 5 Horticulture LEDs offer a range of purple, neutral white, and cool white illumination colors in a white surface mount package with a colored diffused silicone resin. The LEDs have a 120° viewing angle (at 50% Iv), operate at -40°C to +100°C temperature range, and offer a +125°C junction temperature. The DURIS® S 5 LEDs are ideal for horticultural and architectural lighting applications.
