Broadcom ASCKC 1608 DFN-2 Surface-Mount LEDs utilize AllnGaP and/or InGaN chips in a DFN-2 package with a small form factor. These LEDs offer high-reliability performance in a wide range of environmental conditions and are Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) 3 per JEDEC J-STD-020 standards. The LEDs provide a wide 120° viewing angle in a package with enhanced silicone resin encapsulation. The LED color options include white, yellow-green, amber, red, blue, green, and phosphor-converted (PC) amber. Broadcom ASCKC 1608 DFN-2 Surface-Mount LEDs operate in a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Typical applications include scanner lighting, status indicators, indoor information signs and displays, wearables and portable devices, office automation, home appliances, and industrial equipment.
