Asset Monitoring Gateways with Cloud ID

Banner Engineering Asset Monitoring Gateways (AMGs) with Cloud ID deliver real-time insights into the operation and performance of the assets in facilities. This helps companies make informed decisions to save energy, increase productivity, and avoid unexpected maintenance issues. The gateways feature a user-friendly, no-code setup design with easy walk-through guidance to start monitoring in minutes. Banner's Cloud Data Services platform offers access to the data in customizable online dashboards on a device of the user's choice. Banner Engineering AMGs with Cloud ID provide maintenance, production, and sustainability teams with quick data access to evaluate overall operational performance from anywhere.

Asset Monitoring Gateways with SNAP ID

Banner Engineering Asset Monitoring Gateways (AMG) feature SNAP ID that provides commissioning, monitoring, and alarms for up to 20 sensors. These gateways scan for individual sensors or converters and auto-detect model information, allowing engineers to assign and change Modbus server ID numbers to commission custom systems. The paired devices report relevant register data every 5 seconds, providing a quick path to data that Banner Engineering offers for SNAP SIGNAL® and Modbus-equipped sensors. The connected units can be grouped and renamed, and all relevant input registers can have threshold alarms assigned to them individually. The alarm statuses are indicated on-screen locally by color and mirrored by the light on the enclosures.
