AL5887Q Evaluation Boards

Diodes Incorporated AL5887Q Evaluation Boards are designed to demonstrate the advanced features of the AL5887Q RGB LED driver. The AL5887Q EV1 board offers 36 programmable LED channels with 12-bit PWM for precise color and brightness control, supporting both I2C and SPI communication protocols. AL5887Q EV1 includes diagnostic features such as open/short detection, undervoltage lockout, overtemperature protection, and fault indication. The AL5887Q EV2 board showcases six multi-channel RGB linear drivers and includes a built-in MCU with pre-loaded programming code to independently light up three rings of RGB LEDs. AL5887Q EV2 also provides external connectivity for user-supplied LEDs and utilizes 30kHz, 12-bit PWM generators for vivid LED effects with zero audible noise. Both boards are ideal for automotive lighting and infotainment displays, offering high current capability and ultra-low shutdown IQ power-saving mode.

31FL323x LED Lighting Development Boards

ISSI 31FL323x LED Lighting Development Boards are development tools that evaluate ISSI multi-channel LED drivers. LED drivers are electrical circuits used to power light-emitting diodes. The fully assembled and tested board is powered by the Arm® Cortex®-M3 or 80C51 (IS31FL3235A-QFLS2-EB) with a 5V operating supply voltage. The evaluation boards have multiple display modes.
