FOD83xx Optoplanar® Gate Drive Optocouplers
onsemi FOD83xx Optoplanar® Gate Drive Optocouplers are advanced 2.5A output current gate drive optocouplers, capable of driving medium power IGBT/MOSFETs. These optocouplers employ coplanar packaging technology, Optoplanar®, and optimized IC design.
