Si826x Isolated Gate Driver Evaluation Kits

Silicon Labs Si826x Isolated Gate Driver Evaluation Kits evaluate the Si826x family of CMOS-based LED emulator input ISO drivers. The Si826x isolated gate driver evaluation kits consist of four separately orderable boards, with each board featuring either the DIP8, SOIC8, SDIP6, or LGA8 packages. The Si826x ISOdrivers are pin-compatible drop-in upgrades for popular optocoupled gate drivers. These isolated gate drivers utilize Silicon Labs' proprietary silicon isolation technology supporting up to 5kVRMS withstand voltage per UL1577.

Skyworks Solutions Inc. Si826xSDIP6-KIT Evaluation Kit allows designers to evaluate the Si826x family of CMOS-based LED Emulator Input ISOdrivers with the 6-pin SDIP package. The Skyworks Si826x ISOdrivers are pin-compatible drop-in upgrades for popular optocoupled gate drivers and provide reliability advantages over traditional Opto-drivers. The Si826x isolated gate drivers utilize Silicon Labs' proprietary silicon isolation technology to support up to 5.0kVRMS withstand voltage as per UL1577 standard. This technology enables higher performance, reduced variation with temperature and age, tighter part-to-part matching, and superior common-mode rejection compared to opto-drivers.
