TPS6305xEVM-180 Evaluation Modules

Texas Instruments TPS6305xEVM-180 Evaluation Modules (EVMs) are designed for the evaluation of the TPS63050 and TPS63051. The TPS6305x is a small 1.6mm by 1.2mm, WCSP package buck-boost regulator with 1A switches. This evaluation module is set to an output voltage of 3.3V. Being a buck-boost the input voltage may vary from 2.5V to 5.5V while the evaluation module maintains the 3.3V output voltage and up to 500mA of output current. This evaluation tool allows the user to evaluate the ICs several functions and performance such as power good, current limit, and efficiency.
