TPSM336xx-Q1 Buck Converter Power Modules

Texas Instruments TPSM336xx-Q1 Buck Converter Power Modules offer a 0.6A, 1A, or 2A, 36V input in a flip-chip on-lead package. The automotive, synchronous, step-down, DC/DC power module features integrated power MOSFETs, an AEC-Q200 qualified inductor, and a boot capacitor.
