X6T General Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors
KYOCERA AVX X6T General Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) offer a 2.5VDC to 4VDC voltage range, 2.2µF capacitance rating, and SMD/SMT termination. The X6T series is made of general capacitors that come in a 0201 size and operate in a -55°C to +105°C temperature range. These capacitors from KYOCERA AVX are highly reliable due to the monolithic structure of high-purity and superfine uniform ceramics and the integral internal electrodes.
