Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors

Murata Cap House ceramic capacitors are available in general-purpose capacitors, high-frequency, soft termination, LED application, metal terminal, and AEC-Q200 Epoxy capacitors. These ceramic capacitors support solutions for suppressing acoustic noise in battery lines of laptop computers. 

GRJ Series Soft Termination Capacitors

Murata GRJ Soft Termination Capacitors feature a resin external electrode that relieves the mechanical stress on the ceramic element. The capacitors are designed with an advanced conductive polymer layer, which provides elasticity in the terminations to absorb mechanical stress that sometimes occurs during manufacturing, installation, or through general product use. The addition of the flexible polymer layer does not affect the equivalent series resistance (ESR) or current rating. Murata GRJ Soft Termination Capacitors are ideal for consumer and industrial electronic equipment where heat stress, vibration, and impact are applied.
