RFAM3620 Edge QAM Amplifier Modules

Qorvo RFAM3620 Edge QAM Amplifier Modules are designed to provide excellent linearity, superior return loss performance, low noise, and optimal reliability. The RFAM3620 employs GaAs pHEMT die, GaAs MESFET die, a 20dB range-variable attenuator, and a power-enable feature. It offers a wide frequency range, from 45MHz to 1218MHz, with a high output capability. These integrated amplifier modules are ideal for headend equipment and downstream edge QAM RF modulators.
