STMicroelectronics DVIULC6-4SC6Y RF Front-End is optimized as a companion chip to the STA8089 and STA8090 GNSS receiver ICs. This front-end is compatible with GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, BeiDou, and QZSS receivers, protecting low-noise amplifier (LNA) input against electrostatic discharge (ESD) on the antenna connector. This device is designed to match the STA8089 and STA8090 LNA to 50Ω. STMicroelectronics DVIULC6-4SC6Y RF Front-End is offered in a compact SOT23-6L package and is compatible with automatic optical inspection processes.
