IRDC3894 Reference Design Kit

Infineon Technologies IRDC3894 Reference Design Kit is designed for the IR3894M 600kHz and 12A synchronous buck converter. This design kit offers programmable switching frequency up to 1.5MHz, enhanced line/load regulation with feed-forward, and single-rail operation. Additional features include tracking, margining, and overcurrent protection (OCP). Applications for Infineon Technologies IRDC3894 Reference Design Kit include graphic boards, netcom and telecom, point-of-load (PoL), notebooks, servers, and storage.

IR389x Synchronous Buck Regulators

Infineon IR389x Synchronous Buck Regulators are IR's third generation of integrated, feature-rich SupIRBuck® synchronous buck voltage regulators designed to address the new requirements of emerging energy efficient netcom, server and storage applications. The new SupIRBuck® single output devices feature a newly patented modulator scheme that generates the industry's smallest, jitter free pulse widths. The ability to generate narrow pulses coupled with robust source/sync current handling capability makes this family ideal for generating DDR memory termination voltage directly from 12Vin.
