IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.

AL58818Q 18-Channel Linear LED Driver

Diodes Incorporated AL58818Q 18-Channel Linear LED Driver comprises 18 programmable LED current channels, each with internal 12-bit Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) and 6-bit global current dimming for color and brightness control through an I²C or SPI digital interface. AL58818Q is ideal for up to six RGB LED lighting modules with three programmable banks (A, B, C) for software control of each color or 18 single-color LEDs with independent dimming for each channel. An external resistor can set up the global output current of all 18 channels. Each channel current can be digitally configured up to the thermal limitation of the package. The AEC-Q100 (Grade 1) qualified device operates over a -40°C to +125°C ambient temperature range and is available in a W-QFN5050-40/SWP (Type A1) MSL level 1 package.
