QPF5010 10W Front End Modules

Qorvo QPF5010 10W Front End Modules (FEMs) are multi-die modules that are designed for 8GHz to 12GHz X-band applications. These modules integrate a T/R switch, limiter, low-noise amplifier, and power amplifier. The QPF5010 modules operate at 10W saturated transmit power and 2.2dB receiver noise figure. These modules are RoHS compliant and are used in applications such as communications, commercial, and military radar.
