TN1205H High Temperature 12A SCRs

TN1205H SCRs fit all modes of control found in a variety of applications, including voltage regulation circuits where ambient temperature is hot with difficult ventilation or an increase of power density is required. Through-hole or surface-mount packages of these STMicroelectronics SCRs provide performance in a limited space area.
