1206, 10µF Automotive MLCCs

Samsung Electro-Mechanics (SEMCO) CL31B106KBK6PJE 1206, 10µF Automotive Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) offer 10µF capacitance (±10% tolerance) at 50V for use in electric vehicles (EV). These SEMCO AEC-Q200-qualified MLCCs feature X7R temperature characteristics, signifying temperature-stable operation in a -55°C to +125°C range. The CL31B106KBK6PJE is available in a 1206 (3.2mm x 1.6mm) size and is ideal for automotive powertrain/safety systems.

CL High Capacitance Automotive MLCCs

Samsung Electro-Mechanics CL High Capacitance Automotive MLCCs are AEC-Q200 qualified and offer high capacitances in small sizes. These capacitors feature an X7R temperature characteristic with a -55°C to +125°C temperature range and a 4VDC to 100VDC rated voltage range. Samsung Electro-Mechanics CL High Capacitance Automotive MLCCs enable dense component placement near ADAS SoCs without issues. Designers can implement the desired composition in a small space with high capacitances ranging from 0.1µF to 47µF with a ±10% tolerance.
