TBU®-DB-Q High-Speed Protectors

Bourns TBU®-DB-Q High-Speed Protector is a bidirectional, dual-channel, and AEC-Q101-compliant high-speed protector for use in automotive applications. This precise and fast-switching protector is constructed using MOSFET technology and is designed to protect against faults caused by short circuits and overvoltage transients/faults. Bourns TBU-DB-Q High-Speed Protector monitors the current with its MOSFET detection circuit, triggering precisely and quickly within 1μs. This module provides an effective barrier to protect sensitive electronics from exposure to large currents during transient events.
