W25 NAND Flash Automotive Memory IC

Winbond W25 NAND Flash Automotive Memory IC provides a storage solution for systems with limited space, pins, and power. Part of the SpiFlash family, it offers a serial SLC interface with dual/quad SPI, buffer read, continuous read, 3V, and 1GB. The large NAND non-volatile memory space is in a space-saving design. It operates on a single 2.7V to 3.6V power supply, consuming as low as 25mA active and 10µA for standby. Winbond's W25 NAND Flash Automotive Memory ICs feature a 1G-bit memory array, divided into 65,536 programmable pages of 2,048 bytes each. The ICs allow page erasing in groups of 64 (128 block erase) with 1,025 erasable blocks.
