Skyworks Solutions, Inc. SKY65623-682LF Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) is a Microwave Monolithic Integrated Circuit (MMIC) Front-End designed for Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) radio receiver applications. The SKY65623-682LF LNA is optimized to operate from 1559MHz to 1606MHz, has a very low current (1mA at 1.8V supply), and single power supply (1.5V to 3.6V) for design flexibility and simplicity. As output matching components are integrated within this LNA, only one external input matching inductor is required.
