RBS1 Series Super-Low VF Schottky Barrier Diodes
ROHM Semiconductor RBS1 Series Schottky Barrier Diodes are small power mold type diodes with 1A rectified forward current (IO) and 20V reverse direct voltage (VR). These diodes are manufactured using silicon epitaxial planar type construction and are housed in PMDTM (SOD-128) or PMDU (SC-109B) packages. ROHM Semiconductor RBS1 barrier diodes offer super low VF, high reliability, and operate at -55°C to +125°C temperature range. These Schottky barrier diodes are ideally suited for general rectification.
