NVH660S75L4SPFx 6-Pack IGBT Modules

onsemi NVH660S75L4SPFx 6-Pack IGBT Modules are power modules from the VE-Trac™ Direct family of highly integrated power modules with industry-standard footprints. These IGBT modules integrate six Field Stop 4 (FS4) 750V Narrow Mesa IGBTs in a 6-pack configuration. The NVH660S75L4SPFx modules feature ultra-low stray inductance, fast recovery diode chip technologies, and a 4.2kV isolated DBC substrate. The NVH660S75L4SPFx IGBT modules are RoHS compliant and meet UL 94V-0 flammability rating. These IGBT modules suit hybrid and electric vehicle traction inverters and high-power converters.
