F339X2 EMI Suppression Film Capacitors

Vishay / BC Components F339X2 EMI Suppression Film Capacitors are designed to reduce emission and increase immunity to radio interference. These capacitors feature robustness under high humidity, an excellent capacitive filter, compliance with automotive AEC-Q200 standards, and a UL-class 94V-0 flammability rating. The F339X2 EMI suppression capacitors have a capacitance range of 0.1µF to 4.7µF, permissible DC voltage of 630V_DC at 105°C, and voltage range of 305V_AC. These capacitors meet the requirements of the demanding IEC60384-14:2013/AMD1 standards which define specific levels of humidity robustness that RFI capacitors must observe. These EMI suppression capacitors can withstand the harsh THB test 85°C/85% RH for 500h at its 305V_AC rated voltage. The F339X2 capacitors also support the 85°C/85% RH for 1000h at 240V_AC. The F339X2 are automotive grade capacitors that conform to CQC, CSA-E60384-1:14, and UL 60384-14 standards.
