IS32FL3237 36-Channel LED Driver

Lumissil IS32FL3237 36-Channel LED Driver has 36 constant current channels that operate from 2.7V to 5.5V over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. Each channel can be Pulse-Width Modulated (PWM) by 16 bits for smooth LED brightness control. In addition, each channel has an 8-bit output current control register which allows fine-tuning the current for rich RGB color mixing like pure white LED application. The IS32FL3237 driver incorporates channels, each with 38mA maximum output current, that can be adjusted by one 8-bit control register. This LED driver uses proprietary programmable algorithms to minimize audible noises caused by the MLCC decoupling capacitors. The IS32FL3237 driver registers are programmed via a high-speed I²C (1MHz). This LED driver can be turned off with minimum current consumption by either pulling the SDB pin low or by using the software shutdown feature. The IS32FL3237 LED driver is available in the eTQFP-48 package. Typical applications include automotive clusters, dashboards, automotive interiors, ambient lighting, and functional lighting.

IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.
