LVE Single-Phase Single In-Line Bridge Rectifiers

Vishay Semiconductors LVE Single-Phase Single In-Line Bridge Rectifiers feature low forward-voltage drop and are available in the GSIB-5S package. These devices feature a peak reverse voltage of 600V or 800V and are available with 15A, 25A, 30A, 35A, 40A, and 50A average forward current [IF(AV)] ratings. Vishay Low VF Single-Phase Single In-Line Bridge Rectifiers are for general-purpose use in AC-DC full-wave bridge rectification for switching power supplies, home appliances, and white-goods applications, especially for telecom power supplies, high-efficiency desktop PCs, and server SMPS.

LVE2580E Low VF Single In-Line Bridge Rectifier

Vishay Semiconductors LVE2580E Low VF Single In-Line Bridge Rectifier offers low forward voltage drop and noise with high surge current capability in a thin single in-line package. The rectifier provides a high case dielectric strength of 2500VRMS in a GSIB-5S package. The Vishay LVE2580E rectifier is ideal for home appliances, server SMPS, AC/DC bridge full wave rectification for switching power supply, and white-good applications.
