TT370N18KOF Phase Control Thyristor Module

Infineon Technologies TT370N18KOF Phase Control Thyristor Module features pressure contact technology for high reliability in applications. The Infineon module also has Advanced Medium Power Technology (AMPT). The TT370N18KOF is housed in an industrial standard package with an electrically insulated base plate.

1800V Thyristor Modules

Infineon Technologies 1800V Thyristor Modules are Thyristor/Thyristor (TT) and Thyristor/Diode (TD) modules that are designed for phase control in pressure contact technology. These modules feature pressure contact technology for high reliability, Advanced Medium Power Technology (AMPT), industrial standard package, and electrically insulated base plate. The thyristor modules operate at 1800V maximum repetitive peak forward and reverse blocking voltage (VDRM/VRRM) and 60mm base plate. These modules are used in applications such as rectifier for drives applications, crowbar applications, power controllers, battery chargers, static switches, and bypass switches.
