QPC7512 RF Switch ICs

Qorvo QPC7512 RF Switch ICs are high isolation silicon-on-insulator (SOI) single-pole double-throw (SPDT) reflective switch ICs. Features include low insertion loss and high isolation throughout its bandwidth for operation within a 5MHz to 3.3GHz frequency range. Qorvo QPC7512 RF Switch ICs offer excellent linearity and power handling capability and do not require blocking caps on the RF ports. The QPC7512 switches are packaged in a space-saving 2mm x 2mm 12 lead QFN package. These RF switch ICs are designed for CATV, satellite set-top boxes, and other high-performance communications systems.
