EVAL-M3-CM615PN Evaluation Board

Infineon Technologies EVAL-M3-CM615PN Evaluation Board is a part of the iMOTION™ Modular Application Design Kit (MADK). This power board includes a PFC integrated 3-phase CIPOS™ Mini Intelligent Power Module (IPM) for motor drive applications. The EVAL-M3-CM615PN evaluation board supports designing applications with CIPOS Mini PFC integrated IPM IFCM15P60GD and runs a permanent magnet motor via sensorless sinusoidal control. This board, in combination with a control-board EVAL-M3-102T based on the IMC102T-F064 iMOTION controller, creates a powerful inverter and PFC system for evaluating Infineon technologies.

Infineon Technologies EVALM3CM615PNTOBO2 Evaluation Board helps design applications with CIPOS™ Mini PFC integrated IPM. This board combines with the iMOTION™ control board EVAL-M3-102T, based on the IMC102T-F064 iMOTION™ controller, creating a powerful inverter + PFC system. The EVALM3CM615PNTOBO2 evaluation board features the IFCM15P60GD, one of the CIPOS™ Mini product family, that combines a 3-phase inverter stage with a PFC stage based on TRENCHSTOP™ IGBTs. Typical applications include Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Motor control and drives, fans, pumps, and compressors.
