MDH High-Temp High-Reliability Wirewound Inductors
Murata MDH Series Automotive Grade Power Inductors are high-reliability, wire wound, shielded inductors capable of withstanding +150°C (AEC-Q200 Qualified). The fixed inductors were developed exclusively for demanding automotive powertrain applications. The Murata surface mount MDH series utilizes a robust outer electrode structure greatly improving vibration resistance and reliability up to 150°C. The MDH series employs a wound ferrite core in 6mm x 6mm, 7mm x 7mm, 10mm x 10mm, and 12mm x 12mm sizes featuring inductance ratings between 1.0µH to 330µH and current ratings from 340mA to 5400mA.
