CC274xR-Q1 Automotive SimpleLink™ Wireless MCUs

Texas Instruments CC274xR-Q1 Automotive SimpleLink™ Wireless Microcontrollers (MCUs) offer an Arm^® Cortex^®-M33 system CPU that runs the application, the protocol stacks, and the radio. These devices feature BLUETOOTH^® channel sounding technology, an Algorithm Processing Unit (APU), Arm Custom Data Extension (CDE) instruction, a Floating-Point Unit (FPU), and TrustZone^®-M. The CC274xR-Q1 MCUs support up to 1MB in-system programmable Flash, 162KB SRAM, and 32KB System ROM with a secure boot RoT and a serial (SPI/UART) bootloader. These devices operate at a junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and a wide supply voltage range of 1.71V to 3.8V. The CC274xR-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. These microcontrollers are ideal for car access, including Passive Entry Passive Start (PEPS), Phone as a Key (PaaK), and Remote Keyless Entry (RKE).
