並聯P-SRAM記憶體

Avalanche Technology並聯持久SRAM記憶體是一款磁阻式隨機存取記憶體(MRAM),可提供1Mbit至32Mbit的密度範圍。P-SRAM記憶體操作電壓範圍為2.7V至3.6V。P-SRAM記憶體裝置採用小尺寸54引腳TSOP、44引腳TSOP和48球FBGA封裝。這些封裝可與類似的低功率揮發性和非揮發性產品相容。並聯持久SRAM記憶體裝置的工業溫度範圍為-40°C至85°C,工業進階版操作溫度範圍為-40°C至105°C。
