This 5kW interleaved totem pole PFC board features the 650V CoolSiC™ MOSFET and the EiceDRIVER™ 1ED21271S65F with integrated overcurrent protection (OCP). Operating in Continuous Conduction Mode (CCM), the board achieves an efficiency of 98.7% at half load (2.5kW). The board is optimized for applications requiring robust performance and reliability, such as HVAC systems and general-purpose drivers. With a fixed 400V output DC voltage and peak current limit of 50A, the board ensures stable operation under varying conditions.
