Molex Off-the-Shelf (OTS) PowerWize Cable Assemblies offer complete design flexibility and features that facilitate prototyping and global preproduction. These cables are mechanically keyed and color-coded, with uniquely positioned ribs on header housings and matching receptacle slots (based on connector color). This design ensures only like-colored connectors mate and helps prevent mismating, especially when multiple wire-to-bard or wire-to-busbar interconnects are used in the same application. Molex OTS PowerWize Cable Assemblies use positive locking with active latches on the receptacles and barbed geometry on the headers.
