Infineon Technologies EVAL-6EDL04I06PT Eval Board for 600V Gate Drivers is used to develop the features of the Infineon IGBT gate driver 6EDL04I06PT. The boards are available from Infineon in sampling quantities. The board also features thin-film SOI technology, a maximum blocking voltage of +600V, and separate control circuits for all six drivers.
