STPS6x0CSFY Automotive Power Schottky Rectifiers
STMicroelectronics STPS630CSFY, STPS640CSFY, and STPS660CSFY Automotive Power Schottky Rectifiers are 30V, 40V, and 60V dual 3A diodes for applications requiring optimized forward voltage drop (VF) and leakage current characteristics. These diodes are also suitable for use in secondary rectification functions, such as DC-to-DC converters and freewheeling functions. These Schottky rectifiers from STMicroelectronics feature high surge current capability, low losses, low forward and reverse recovery time, and a high maximum junction temperature. The rectifiers are offered in a compact PSMC (TO-277A) package and are AEC-Q101 qualified for use in automotive applications.
