LCB710 Single-Pole OptoMOS® Relays

Littelfuse LCB710 Single-Pole OptoMOS^® Relays are normally closed solid-state relays with 60V peak or DC maximum load output blocking voltage and 2mA minimum LED current to operate. These relays use optically coupled technology to provide an enhanced 3750V_rms isolation barrier between the output and the input of the relay. The efficient MOSFET switches feature patented OptoMOS architecture, and a highly efficient GaAIAs-infrared LED controls the optically coupled output.
