ML03 Multilayer Organic Capacitors

KYOCERA AVX ML03 Multilayer Organic (MLO™) Capacitors are based on KYOCERA AVX's patented multilayer low-loss organic technology. These low ESR microwave organic caps are polymer-based and use high conductivity copper interconnects in a multilayer configuration. These capacitors can be fabricated on large area substrates and state-of-the-art, laser-direct imaging, creating improved cost benefits and tolerance control. In addition, these low-profile RF capacitors can support frequencies above 1GHz and are expansion matched to printed circuit boards for improved reliability. Other features are low ESR, high SRF, Hi-Q®, high self-resonance, and tight tolerance. Applications for KYOCERA AVX ML03 capacitors are RF power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, and filter networks.
