This module is designed for ultra-low power consumption and high efficiency in portable applications. The TPSM81299 module features a quiescent current of 95nA, making it ideal for battery-powered devices such as wearables and medical equipment. This module operates over a wide input voltage range from 0.5V to 5.5V and an output voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V. The TPSM81299 device supports a true shutdown function when it is disabled.
