Qorvo QPA1314DEVB Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate the QPA1314D 55Watt GaN Power Amplifier. The QPA1314D operates between 13.75GHz and 14.5GHz and achieves 55W saturated output power. The operating frequency on the Amplifier extends to 12.75GHz – 15.35GHz. The QPA1314DEVB Evaluation Board is ideally used in satellite communications and datalink applications.
