Heavy Duty Plastic NEMA Boxes

Bud Industries Heavy Duty Plastic NEMA Boxes are designed especially for harsh environments and offer an IP66 rating as well as NEMA 4, 4X, 12, and 13. These impact-resistant boxes have a UL 94V-0 flame rating, while the polycarbonate material has an operating temperature of -40°C to +120°C and is UV stabilized. The cover's attaching screws are outside the sealing area, preventing the ingress of moisture and dust. The screws are #4-40 stainless steel, non-magnetic, and fasten into threaded brass inserts. Mounting flanges are included for easy wall installation, as well as internal bosses for mounting PCBs horizontally or for the connection of terminals. Bud Industries Heavy Duty Plastic NEMA Boxes provide a textured/recessed surface area that is suitable for printed graphics, labels, and membrane keypads.
